Marvel Teases Agatha All Along Season 2
At D23 Brazil, Marvel Studios brought exciting news for fans of Agatha All Along and Loki. Marvel TV boss Brad Winderbaum confirmed the potential for Agatha All Along Season 2, despite the show being originally marketed as a limited series. The series, which recently concluded, left several plot threads unresolved, suggesting a continuation.
Winderbaum shared, “I think that we all want to see more adventures in Westview,” referencing the town from WandaVision and Agatha All Along. He also praised the creative vision of Jac Schaeffer, the show’s creator, and Kathryn Hahn’s portrayal of Agatha Harkness.
The show, the second in a trilogy that began with WandaVision, received critical acclaim. Winderbaum emphasized the uniqueness of Agatha All Along, stating,
“Jac Schaeffer has an incredible imagination, and she had a vision for this show and these characters that really was unique and allowed Kathryn Hahn to embody this character so significantly that I feel, as an actress, she’s forever going to be bonded to Agatha Harkness.“

Loki Season 3 Could Be on the Horizon
In addition to Agatha All Along, Marvel also teased the possibility of Loki Season 3. While no official announcement has been made, Winderbaum hinted that Tom Hiddleston’s return as Loki is not out of the question.
“There’s always a chance,” he said.
The Loki series has been a major success for Marvel, with its second season finale airing last year in November 2023. However, there has been little news regarding the show since Winderbaum’s comments have reignited excitement among the MCU’s fanbase. As Marvel shifts focus to higher-quality projects with fewer releases, the studio is carefully choosing which series to move forward with. With Loki being a fan favorite, a third season seems promising.
A New Era of Marvel Content
Marvel Studios is adjusting its release strategy, focusing on fewer projects per year to prevent oversaturation.
Winderbaum explained, “We’re gonna aim at two [releases], it might be two and a half, it might be one some years. We have a long development process now, so we’re gonna go into production on projects we really believe in.“
This change is part of a broader shift in Marvel’s content strategy, allowing for longer development periods and ensuring that only high-quality projects move into production.
