In an interaction with paparazzi at LAX, the award-winning songwriter expressed her confidence about winning the Best Original Song Oscar next year. According to TMZ, Warren believes her 16th nomination will be the one that finally earns her the coveted Academy Award.
“Diane says she’s already got another hit cooking, and believes she’ll be back at next year’s Academy Awards as well. Only this time, she thinks she’ll make it on the stage!” the report stated.

A Celebrated Career with Iconic Film Songs
While Warren has yet to win an Oscar, her impressive catalog of iconic film songs speaks volumes about her talent and contribution to the industry. The paparazzi reminded her of some of her most celebrated works, including “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” “Because You Loved Me,” “Til It Happens to You,” and “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now.”
Despite her numerous nominations, Warren has been overlooked by the Academy Awards for the past 15 years, with her latest snub coming for the song “The Fire Inside” from the movie “Flamin’ Hot.”
