The critically acclaimed samurai action game Ghost of Tsushima is finally making its way to PC gamers. Sony announced that the Director’s Cut edition, featuring the base game plus all post-launch content, will arrive on May 16th for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Ghost of Tsushima’s PC Enhancements
According to the PlayStation blog post, the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will come packed with a host of enhancements and customization options tailored for the platform.
“The game will have customizable keyboard and mouse controls, but you can plug in a DualSense controller to get haptic feedback and adaptive trigger support just like on the PlayStation 5,”
In addition to unlocked framerates and extensive graphics settings, the open-world samurai epic will support performance-boosting tech like NVIDIA’s DLSS 3, AMD’s FSR 3, and Intel’s XeSS upscaling. NVIDIA DLAA and Reflex low latency features are on board as well.

Ultrawide Support and Audio Upgrades
One highlight is native support for ultrawide monitors in 21:9, 32:9, and even 48:9 triple monitor setups. Cinematic scenes will render in real-time, with the developers promising authentic Japanese lip-syncing when playing with that language setting.
The Director’s Cut packs in the full base game’s acclaimed story, the fantastic Iki Island single-player expansion, and the co-op focused Legends multiplayer mode.
Pre-order for day one bonuses like a unique horse, armor dyes, and more are available now on both Steam and Epic Games Store. With its stunning visuals further enhanced for PC, Ghost of Tsushima is shaping up to be an unmissable samurai adventure.
