The Korean drama world is abuzz with the latest rankings from Good Data Corporation, which tracks the most buzzworthy dramas and actors based on online data. Two shows have emerged as clear frontrunners, capturing the attention of audiences nationwide.
Queen of Tears Continues Its Dominance
According to Soompi, For the sixth consecutive week, tvN’s hit drama Queen of Tears has secured the top spot on the most buzzworthy drama list. The show’s gripping storyline and stellar performances have kept audiences hooked, generating widespread online buzz across news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media platforms.
The cast of Queen of Tears has also dominated the most buzzworthy drama actor rankings. Kim Soo Hyun, who plays the lead role, claimed the No. 1 spot, while his co-star Kim Ji Won followed closely at No. 2. Park Sung Hoon, Kwak Dong Yeon, and Kim Kap Soo, all part of the ensemble cast, also secured impressive positions at No. 5, No. 8, and No. 9, respectively.

Lovely Runner Makes a Powerful Debut
In its second week on air, Lovely Runner has already made a significant impact, climbing to the No. 2 position on the most buzzworthy drama list. The show’s lead actors, Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon have also captured the attention of audiences, ranking No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, on the most buzzworthy drama actor list.
Other Notable Entries
MBC’s Wonderful World secured the No. 3 spot on the drama list, with its stars ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo and Kim Nam Joo ranking No. 6 and No. 7, respectively, on the actor list. SBS’s The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection maintained its position at No. 4, while KBS 2TV’s Beauty and Mr. Romantic and Nothing Uncovered rose to No. 5 and No. 6, respectively.
Additionally, MBN’s new romantic comedy Missing Crown Prince made its debut at No. 8 on the drama list this week. Han Hyo Joo, the star of the OTT series Blood Free, also secured a spot at No. 10 on the actor list.
Queen of Tears airs every Wednesday and Thursday on tvN, while Lovely Runner airs on the same network every Saturday and Sunday.
