Emotional Farewell to ‘Young Sheldon’ as Series Concludes After Seven Seasons
In an interview with Screen Rant, Raegan Revord revealed that the upcoming final episodes are “very emotional,” hinting at potential heartbreak for the Cooper family. She also cryptically mentioned the phrase “Rice-A-Roni,” suggesting a significant event or storyline that ties everything together.
“I think fans are going to be really happy with how it ends, how everything plays out,” Revord said. “One thing that I’ve been saying is ‘Rice-A-Roni.’ It ties everything together, and it makes no sense, but I promise it will at some point.”
While ‘Young Sheldon’ is drawing to a close, the ‘Big Bang Theory’ universe will continue with an untitled spinoff series focusing on Sheldon’s older brother, Georgie Cooper (Montana Jordan), his wife, Mandy McAllister (Emily Osment), and their daughter, CeeCee.
Revord has confirmed that she was not invited to star in the spinoff series, but she expressed interest in potentially making a guest appearance as Missy down the line.
“I would love to [and] I definitely want to,” she said, acknowledging the importance of exploring new opportunities while leaving the door open for a potential Missy reprisal.

Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik Return for Series Finale
Adding to the excitement surrounding the Young Sheldon finale, Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik, who portrayed adult Sheldon and Amy in The Big Bang Theory, are confirmed to make appearances. Parsons, who also serves as the narrator for Young Sheldon, has praised the writers for finding a “beautiful” way to incorporate himself and Bialik into the finale.
